Investment Memorandum

During the preparation to a transaction, an investment memorandum is prepared which examines and presents the most important features and factors influencing the attractiveness of real estate and possible ways of using it.

An investment memorandum comprises the following elements, among others:

Detailed analysis of real estate location.
Assessment of possible concepts of land development.
Characteristics of the local market, together with its expansion forecast.
Assessment of the range of competition in the area of the real estate.
Specification of investment parameters assumed and financial analyses of the investment based on them.
Feasibility study of the planned project.
Recommendation regarding the way of developing the prospective investment.
