Public Investment Consultancy

redNet Consulting offers consultancy services to public institutions in the scope of running investments comprising the development of land owned by them, realisation of projects consisting in constructing council buildings and public utility buildings, as well as starting cooperation with private partners.

Our offer comprises support in the assessment of the possibilities of using a given real estate and recommendation of the manner of its development and organisation. We support our clients by advising them optimal technical as well as legal solution enabling successful project realisation. We operate both in the stage of planning and obtaining all legally-required permits, and in the stage of construction and launching the project.
